ORDERING INFO AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 10% is requested to secure a place on our waiting list. This confirms the full price of the instrument at that particular time. The balance is due upon completion or delivery. We offer free personal delivery with all new instruments within mainland Britain in order to provide tuning and regulation, and to give the client the opportunity to go over the finer points involved in owning a harpsichord. There is also a free aftersales visit to ensure the instrument is in good condition. A similar service can be offered for other European countries for a fee. In the case of overseas transactions, all arrangements including customs formalities can be dealt with by the workshop and charged to the client.
